The following terms and conditions apply to any transactions carried out through our web-site vitallifeni.com. Please read them carefully and ensure you understand them fully before proceeding.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Whilst we endeavour to ensure our product specification, we cannot ensure that a variation in specification will not adversely affect the performance of the product supplied.
Purchasers accept responsibility for first having taken appropriate medical advice from their GP or other suitably medically qualified medical practitioner in particular as regards any possible interactions with any medication which they are currently prescribed.
Purchasers agree that they have taken all the necessary steps to familiarize themselves with any possible side affects which may be relevant to their own condition.
Whilst the Vendor takes all possible care in providing accurate, up-to-date information on all items sold, the Purchaser accepts that no responsibility lies with the Vendor in the event of any adverse reaction to items purchased or the failure of the products to meet Purchaser's expectations.
Customers will be required to give the following information:- full name and address to include post code, email address, phone number and credit card details. Expiry date of payment card must be given and Purchasers must ensure before ordering that the expiry date is beyond the date of anticipated dispatch as payment is taken at point of dispatch.
The Vendor agrees that none of the above information shall be passed to any third party under any circumstances.
The following delivery costs apply:
UK delivery costs for items with a value under £19.99 will be £2.95.
Free delivery applies on all orders over £19.99. This provides for delivery by second class post. Items may be sent separately and therefore all parts of the order might not be sent at the same time.
Deliveries to Europe will carry a charge of £3.99 in addition to the usual delivery costs.
The Vendors agree to endeavour to have all orders dispatched from their depot within 24 hours but the Vendors shall not be held responsible for delays in postal services or other matters outside their control. Customers should allow up to 28 days for receipt of goods to allow for items being out of stock, postal holidays and unforeseen circumstances.
No delivery shall be dispatched on public or bank holidays.
Goods remain the property of the Company until payment is made in full, thereafter ownership shall transfer to the purchaser and any dispute arising over non-delivery or damage in transit shall be a matter between the purchaser and the delivery company. The Vendor shall however ensure that all items are adequately packaged so as to ensure safe transit .
The price the customer pays is the price on the website when the order is placed, but as all prices are subject to change without notice customers should always check up-to-date price before reordering.
No refund shall be made in respect of returns unless these are returned within 72 hours of receipt, unopened and in perfect condition. Products opened or otherwise tampered with shall not be accepted on return and no refund shall be made in respect of these products. Costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer and parcels with unpaid postage shall not be accepted.

These conditions shall be subject to and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland . The Courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the said terms and conditions.
